Skill:
Pistols 3 x 10 each leg
WOD:
400m Lunger
400m Lunges with weight (your choice)
After 10 steps of lunges, complete 5 reps of shoulder to overhead then continue with lunges.
If you have to rest, put the weights down and run to the beginning and back to your weights and continue with the lunges. Repeat until 400 meters are complete.
