Tabata Deuce

Squat Clean 3 - 3 - 3
Pull ups 10 - 10 - 10
**Work on kipping technique

WOD

Tabata 20:10 x 8

DB Thrusters (30/15)
Box jumps (24/20)

When the clock starts do 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest of thrusters. On the second round, after the 10 s. off,now start with Box jumps for 20 s. then take 10s off. Do this until 8 rounds of each movement are completed. Total of 16 rounds.
