63-45-27 reps of:

Split Jerk - behind the necks 95/75 lbs
Big Tire Flips
Ring Pull Ups

In team of 3 athletes conduct the following movements in order, Jerk, Tires, and pull ups. Only one athlete working at a time. All Athletes must move together to next movement.
