Skill:
Handstand hold
Tabata 20:10

WOD:
10 rounds of:

10 Lunges with plate overhead (45/25)
10 Push Press (45/25)

(Plate cannot touch the floor or feet, penalty for doing so is 10 Thrusters before continuing WOD.)
