For the record, I would like to note the accuracy with which the title of the WOD fits with the WOD itself:
res·pite [res-pit] noun, verb, -pit·ed, -pit·ing. –noun
1. a delay or cessation for a time, especially of anything distressing or trying; an interval of relief: to toil without respite.
2. temporary suspension of the execution of a person condemned to death; reprieve.
Yup, that pretty much covers what you shouold feel during the breaks in between rounds--a temporary suspension of your execution--but you're going to feel like a total champ afterward!
