200 BJ (24/20)
400 sit-ups
200 WBS (20/14)
Each round will consist of 1:30 of work, followed immediately by 30-s of burpees.
Team will work at the same time for a minute and thirty seconds, each doing a different movement (one will do BJ, one will do sit-ups, and one will do WBS). After the minute and thirty seconds are up, everyone will do burpees for thirty seconds. After the burpees, members will rotate on the movements. Do another 1:30 of work, 30-s of burpees, rotate, 1:30 of work, 30-s of burpees, rotate, etc etc.
Time stops when all reps have been completed.
